General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • Help(footer menu full width and stack)

Hi

I want footer menu as show by blue area in pic stack to the left...





and want have a footer menu like top menu bar as showen in pic





I want footer menu have a full width like top menu...



help me to do it..
