General Questions/New to Joomla! 2.5 • Atuomatic Scrolling ticker

Hello,



I am recent entrant to Joomla and feeling my way around. I would like your help in identifying or listing/creating a automatic scrolling ticker which displays the latest article posted.



The scroll ticker essentially has to display the latest/newest thread/articles across the categories ( I have 9) including the subforums ( there are around 50)..



It also must display the post/thread that would have received the freshest comment



for instance I have posted Thread 1, Thread2 , Thread 3 , Thread 4, Thread 5, Thread 6 -> The scroller should be displaying all this threads

..but when I create Thread 7..The scroller must drop Thread 1 from its listing ..

But if a user/member comments on Thread 1 ,,Then the Thread1 must again come on the ticker but Thread 2 should be dropping out. That is now it will be
