I have been using Mozilla Firefox, but now just tried Internet Explorer. This did not make a difference: still get the error.
Yes, as far as I know, I am using a direct internet connection to access the backend of the site. I also launch a noVNC client, to edit the php.ini files, etc, at RamHost where I have a virtual private server (VPS).
I can edit whatever I need to, unlike my previous shared hosting service, Site Ground, but I am not at all clear what I should edit, to resolve this issue.
