Good morning,
I am the Super Administrator of a Joomla website with multiple users. One of the users is in the Article Manager trying to Sort By Title Ascending, however, any time she uses the "sort by table" dropdown list, it returns "No Matching Results". This feature works fine for me on my computer, however, when I used remote access to view the problem, it neither worked for her, nor for me when I logged out of her account and into the Super admin one. (I also made sure the search field was cleared, as I thought that may have been the problem) I would assume it must be a setting or something on her computer since it works on my own, but I can't find any information to tell me what the problem could be.
Does anyone know what may be causing this?
