Looks like you are trying to install Quickstart packages as an Joomla extension. That is not possible. Quickstarts are complete Jooma installs. You can't install them in an existing Joomla environment, you create a new environment with those packages.
Or install their emplate as an extension. It won't have the demo data, you would need to create everything yourself.
