Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x • Upgrade 2.5.19 -> 3.3: Error 1602

I am trying to upgrade my joomla installation from v2.5.19 to v3.3. I have checked all the extensions for J3.3 compatibility, and deleted those that are not compatible. After I go through the upgrade process, I get the following error message: "1062 - An error has occurred. Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY' SQL=-- -- Dumping data for table `w8htg_content_types` -- INSERT…" (It's very long, so I included the full error message in the attached file, below.)

1. Any ideas why this happens?


2. Is there a way to fix it?


3. Is there another way to upgrade to J3.3, to circumvent this problem? I was thinking along the lines of doing a fresh J3.3 install, and importing the content of my site.
