I am trying to create a simple way to display emergency info while it is relevant. I have a NewsFlash module set to show articles from a certain category. I only want the Module to show if there is a published article in that category. Otherwise I want it to be not displayed.
I would like the title of the module displayed as it allows for a fluid format of the site when the module is displayed.
How can I accomplish this?
