General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • Module Menu Assignments isn't appearing correctly - c attach

Hello,



First time posting to the forum.



For some reason, the menu assignment page has taken on an odd appearance and no longer performs as it should. I will attach a screenshot.



Can anyone help me figure out the issue?
