I'm pretty new to website development so sorry if this seems obvious.
I am able to backup my entire web directory with a cPanel tool that my hosting provider offers. I've noticed there are some Joomla Extensions you can get that say they backup your Joomla site.
So I'm wondering is there any reason to use such an extension? Does it offer something that my site backup does not? Just wondering if this is something I should install? I didn't see anything from the descriptions but I figured I'd ask to get someone else's perspective.
