General Questions/New to Joomla! 2.5 • credits buy and sell and exxchange between user

hi mates ,

i am looking for a solution for joomla



* users should be able to buy credits

* users can buy other user`s virtual products with this credits

* users should be able to exchange those credits back to money (e.g.via paypal)
