Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x • Re: upgrade new site from 2.5 to 3.x error

Hi everyone,

I do not completely get the point. if you are working on a new site, and you want it with J3.x, why don't you build directly from a brand new Joomla 3.2.1 download ?
