Is there an extension out there for using a PDF form in joomla? I am using a system now, but it doesn't seem to be sending all the forms through properly and I am looking for something new. I need a system that allows the email sent when the form is submitted to where I can make the email look as close to are exactly like the form, so it can be printed off to be kept on file. Ideas, suggestions?
