Same problem here. Thought at first it was a problem of CB and Joomla 3.2.1, but now that I read this topic and I checked everything I realise I have the same problem.
So people can prefectly create an account by registering via the CB module. But after the whole registering procedure on the frontside logging in is not possible, only when you request a new password I am able to log in once. After that first time the problem 'Incorrect username or password. Please try again.' is there again.
Anyone found a solution? People are registering on my site but can't login, quite a problem at the moment...
