I haven't used wysiwyg editor for a long time.
You need to enable absolute URLs somewhere.
In your website's backend try going to Extensions -> Plugin Manager and look for wysiwyg plugin, click on it and search for relative / absolute URLs option, if you can't find it go to Components -> wysiwyg (though i doubt it's in the component's menu).
If you still can't find it look at RSMail! main configuration / settings and search for relative / absolute URLs option.
