I bought and installed this Ja Nex template into Joomla 3 installation

but the installation does not look like it has all the features;
I'm having trouble re-installing a new setup to test; tried to install sample data to see if it will look like the DEMO (with the three featured articles, sections with images on front)
the layout just looks different than the demo shows it should look like
