Security in Joomla! 2.5 • malware issue in joomla 2.5

Hello,



I have upgraded joomla from 1.5 to 2.5 successfully before month ago.

Now i am getting an security warning



" Sucuri Web integrity monitor alert.

Fatal error: fatal flex scanner internal error--end of buffer missed in public_html/index.php on line 78



Please could you help me to sort out this issue.



I checked the public_html/index.php contains only 54 lines

no line no 78
