Installation Joomla! 3.x • Re: Joomla 3.1.5 locks up when creating database tables

again it is stuck ate creatind DB tables. i am tired . please some one help really. i ve wampserver 2.4 installed. but it is stuck at creating DB tables while installing joomla 3.1.5/ I followed above steps. but not working . please reply.
