Administration Joomla! 2.5 • Upgrade ERROR: Invalid Login

Joomla is telling me an upgrade from v2.5.7 to 2.5.14 is available but when I try and install the update a popup occurs saying ERROR: Invalid login.



I am using the installation method "Update files directly"



How can I solve this issue?
