From a post I found further on,



Log in the backend

Select Extensions >> Extensions Manager from the main menu

Select Update from the menu below the toolbar

Click the Purge Cache icon from the toolbar

Click the Find Updates from the toolbar

Select Components >> Joomla Update from the main menu



The update should be shown now
