Yeah, you just need a good developer.
I personally find it sad all the people thinking they are web pros but just ripping people off.
At the same time, real developers need a lot of time and money depending on the project. (some people don't understand how much time and money a good developer needs to do a solid job)
I'm not really sure what your end goal is nor do I have enough specifics to judge the code and what not.
Maybe I could get some more info?
