You have an unzipped Yoo_Moreno template on that link. When you purchase that template you have 3 month's access to Yootheme. So very curious why you have no access with an unzipped demo package.
It is also very unethical to place the commercial template very open in the folder. Everybody is now able to download this package and you are causing damage to the developers of that template. Place an empty index.html in that folder please!
