I'm sorry to say I don't have an answer... I avoid JCE for unrelated reasons so I have little experience with it. I suggest making sure you have requested help at the JCE forums as well as here. Also, post the results of FPA (Forum Post Assistant - - see the link in the box at the top of the page.)
