I'm not aware of my site's users having problems with other smartphones/operating systems as I'd have heard something by now.
What smartphone/OS/browser are you using? Does my site look okay in it? You should see a "Menu" button, the featured content and then, below them, the modules normally seen on the rhs of a PC's browser window.
Please feedback and it will help others, and maybe you'll get set up with J3.3.0 from the start - it will save you work later if you can
