Have upgraded from Joomla 1.5 to 'Joomla! 3.3.0 Stable' and unable to get sub menus to show on new template. The menus appear in Menu manager and menu items are linked to the relevant parent item. Not sure why they are not displaying when you hover over the parent menu in browser preview.
New to Joomla 3.3 admin panel, so any advice appreciated.
