Listen to Sovainfo. Disable the plugin, update and then enable the plugin again.
Joomla 3.3.0 is not as bad as the rather depressed sounding post from kefford makes out. There is one significant bug to do with Media Manager but there are plenty of posts on there Forums (search is your friend) directing you to the solution (which is already committed to the 3.3.1 release due soon.
The "Remember me" function is also troublesome but that's being worked on.
Most of the other "issues" reported have been sorted by users themselves with a (proper) site and browser cache clear.
