General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • Re: Zip Code Restriction...???

The main draw to my site is that it is local. There are only about 8 zip codes I want to have full membership and the rest (the ones not listed) go to a 'buyers only' page.....can I have all but the 8 directed to another page? How?
