Templates for Joomla! 3.x • Re: Ordering of Featured Articles in Protostar

Thanks, mjparadac. I did solve the problem by setting Category Order to No Order, and the featured articles are now in proper order. I had previously solved the problem by putting all of the featured articles into the same category.
