Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x • internal server error with upgrade from 3.2.0 to 3.2.1

Hy, i updated my site from 3.2.0 to 3.2.1 and after that i receive this message "error 500 - internal server error" in backend and frontend. I changed the permissions on index.php and administration/index.php from 644 to 755 and all works in frontend and backend but i cant leave permissions with 755.

i tryed to fix database error from control panel but doesnt work.
